… Calendar time!
I love making my calendar each year, I love wondering whether a theme will emerge, what that theme will be. I love looking through hundreds of image files on my computer, at new paintings and at old. I love planning which images connect best with each month - even if that connection is known only to me. I love writing captions, trying to keep them short.
I love curating the whole thing.
My 2027 calendar is a collection of artworks from my big summer solo show, Homecoming. It’s a colourful, joyful calendar and I hope it will lighten your wall and connect you with nature the whole year through.
